Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of ancient Khorezm: the fortress walls of Ichan-Kala, the palaces and madrasas of the Khivan khans, the Kalta-Minor and Islam-Khoja minarets, the shrines of Pahlavan-Mahmud and Sayyid Alauddin, the Tash-Khauli and Kunya-Ark residences, plus a stroll through Urgench and a taste of local cuisine. The tour includes round-trip train tickets (compartment sleepers), a hotel inside the old town, meals, and guide services.
You’ll travel overnight and the next day find yourself in the heart of the Khorezm oasis — Ichan-Kala, where every lane preserves the memory of the Silk Road. In two days you’ll see Khiva’s main gems: residences and mosques, ancient mausoleums and minarets, and hear stories of enlightened khans and folk heroes. On day two you’ll visit Urgench: the Nurullabay palace-museum, the Ully Hovli fortress, the Amu Darya embankment, and the local bazaar with sweets and smoked fish. The tour is designed for comfort: night departure, accommodation in a hotel in the old town, a rich program, and a convenient return trip.
